Parchmentine, it is durable as Vellum, you can colour it, scrape it, crumple it, paint it and it never bleeds...I have a stash of Kangaroo Skin Vellum which is heaven to use...sigh but once that is gone, who knows.

Good paper, there's too many to mention, but for inexpensive practice/working out roughts paper, I like Borden & Riley's Penny Bond. Good weight, a bit of tooth, but a little hard to find.
